NintenTrogdor
Last Friday, I bought a Nintendo DS. I have yet to purchase Nintendogs, but at this point it's only a matter of time. Katie and I have already agreed on the mini dachshund cartridge, which also includes beagles, golden retrievers, siberian huskies, shih tzus, and ugly ugly little pugs.
Friday night, while Katie toiled away at City Theatre, I watched Serenity at the Waterfront with Mike Yin. The movie was a space romp with plenty of action and adventure, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I thought the leading man looked like Peter Krause (of Six Feet Under, although he'll always be a Sports Night man to me) in the previews, but upon a close inspection over the course of two hours, I have decided that the resemblence only exists in certain situations and with proper editing.
On Saturday, I hung out Theresa Lin, who manages to sneak into Pittsburgh weekend after weekend without letting anyone know. We ate lunch and played a massive game of Chrononauts that Theresa won because Mike Yin's treachery knows no bounds. Then, Theresa, Dragon Butt, and I smacked around the Titans on NFL Street 2 with Team Xhibit. Later that night, Katie and I watched more Desperate Housewives and, unrelatedly, became sick.
On Sunday, I decided that my destructive eating and no exercise pattern needed to change, so I bought an elliptical machine at Wal-Mart. We set it up Sunday night before watching the new episode of Housewives (meaning we only took two weeks to watch the entire first season and the first two episodes).
Today, the right/top side of my head hurts, as well as my right ear. It hasn't been pleasant.
