Here you go Idaho

Another upfront, down low, shoulder length, boondock update from you know who (me).

Things are things, but I'm not here to talk about things today. I'm here to talk about life. Katie's sick in bed, and it makes me feel bad (not because I'm really guilty of anything - although at the back of my head maybe I did cause it; after all I was feeling a little sick a while ago, and although I didn't end up being sick, maybe I was just a carrier - like in those Alien movies - and my antibodies were strong enough to fight off the bug but Katie's weren't) but just because I feel like more often than not we're the same person and any pain or discomfort she feels, I also feel.

Fireworks outside from the Take It Back concert. Presidential debate on TV last night. I'm not sure if I'm actually an undecided voter or if I'm just tired of hearing that I obviously should vote for John Kerry. True - he probably puts forth a platform I would agree with more, but I don't really know enough about anything to know anything. I'll vote come election day - I just have to educate myself between then and now.

Bat Boy board preview in two days. I'm a bit worried because I feel like I don't completely know everything musically I should know for this show and we go learn new musical numbers (at least singing-wise) very quickly and without much review. I don't think Sunday will be a train wreck and I think the show will end up being wonderful, but it'll take some hard work. Speaking of Bat Boy, UC Friday occurred today. So, last night, I was in the Dungeon until about 4 AM with Katie painting the Take Your Picture with Bat Boy cutout thing. It was kind of nice. It was kind of what I think I wouldn't mind doing for the rest of my life; something simple with Katie that ends up being amazingly beautiful because she puts so much of herself into everything that she wants done well.

We are all jigsaw pieces.

Are you thirsty? I have water. Have some. I have too much.

June 10, 2007. You heard it here first. If you're lucky, you'll get invited.
