I did it.

I bought a Playstation 2. Well, there we go. I got a preplayed PS2, network adapter, Grand Theft Auto III, Soul Caliber II, and Onimusha last night. I also ordered Amplitude and Virtua Fighter 4 Redux (not Redux, something else I can't remember) online. So they'll be coming soon.

Tomorrow, I travel to Cleveland with S'n'S folk (and that one Miklos character) to play Whirley Ball. I'm excited for Whirley Ball. I'm excited for many things. It'll be nice to get down to the Point and watch fireworks on Sunday, I think. It'll be nice to have Monday off of work.

My cable is gone. I had cable for three days or so (after Comcast installed my broadband internet connection for me), but then it went away. Sad.

Also sad: Marlon Brando died today. Surprising, but sad, especially since he was the Godfather and used to be skinny and all. And he had great acting chops.

I want to act and direct. You know what my problem is? Well, among other things...
my problem is that I don't know what I want to do, because I want to do everything. I want to act and direct and make watches and make games and test games and write stories and write plays and make posters and design things and run a marketing campaign and run a political campaign and...well, everything. I want to be every profession in the world except poopsmith. It's a hassle.

Not a crisis. I'm not really having one of those graduation/career crises. At least, not yet. I feel good about what's going to happen when I leave CMU. I just have no idea what it'll actually be yet.
